A Tersi Advocacia is a international tax consultancy founded by Vinicius Tersi.
Our mission is to help borders do not prevent that people, companies and families have the freedom to work, invest and generate wealth with safety and clear rules.
We do that reducing uncertainty of legislation for our clients and we develop new ways of integrating Brazilian rules with those of other countries. Today, we provide international tax consultancy services to:
- Brazilians who live in Brazil and plan to live or invest abroad;
- Brazilian expatriates who may or may not wish to return to Brazil;
- Brazilian and foreign investors with an interest in Brazil; and
- Entrepreneurs with expatriate workers who have a relationship with Brazil.
Our work involves offering legal solutions for planning for families, professionals and entrepreneurs with regard to their assets and income, whether in Brazil or abroad.
We take into account the family's objectives, the composition of its assets and the status legal status of each person (tax residence in Brazil or in other jurisdictions), in order to conduct the work with competence and exclusivity.
