Naturally, our long-term goal is to expand partnerships with other professionals so that we can provide an increasingly comprehensive service.
Germany
Tax consultancy for Germany: we cooperate with professionals who are qualified to deal with the application of German tax law for individuals and companies that have, or plan to have, assets in Germany.

Tax consultancy for the United States: for issues involving the United States, we have the experience and knowledge of American rules to anticipate the main challenges and opportunities when it comes to applying Brazilian legislation and, if necessary, recommend a professional from the country.
In this case, this professional is responsible for the American aspects, while Tersi Advocacia collaborates with the coordination of the work and the Brazilian aspects.
Portugal

For other jurisdictions, such as Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland and others, we do not currently have active partnerships with professionals from these countries.
For these cases, then, we analyze Brazil's situation with the other country, especially the existence of agreements to avoid double taxation, and advise on the main points to be discussed with a local professional.
When our client already works with a local professional, we can collaborate with that professional in order to develop a joint solution or the best way to harmonize the application of legislation in both countries.
